Group HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced Group HR Manager to lead HR functions across our diverse business units, including Healthcare, Trading, Transport, Automotive, F&B, and Construction.

Key Responsibilities:

➖ Drive HR strategies aligned with business goals and UAE Labour Law
➖ Lead recruitment, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives
➖ Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, DOH/HAAD & industry regulations
➖ Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits (WPS compliance)
➖ Implement performance management & training programs across industries
➖ Manage HR operations, visa processing & HRIS Systems

Requirements:

➖ Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Business Administration
➖ 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a managerial/group role in the UAE
➖ Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, healthcare compliance & construction manpower regulations
➖ Proven leadership, cross-cultural management & communication skills
➖ Arabic Speaking is Mandatory for this position
